Okay so things are moving along slowly with the property purchase but so far so good as the saying goes. Lawyers for ourselves and the sellers are doing their roles as we speak.
So, we are happy to announce that the new address of the Penicuik Podiatry clinic is going to be 22 John Street. This is the old premises occupied by Optical Express.
We hope to have the keys and purchase concluded in the next let us say month and a half, thereafter there is a lot of work to be done to the property, so we are now probably looking into September before the doors open for treatment.
Located in the paved pedestrian area, a minute from the shopping car park with up to two hours free parking. Diagonally in front of the Penicuik Medical Practice and close to the major bus stop opposite the parking.
