Sophie Hay Administration and Social Marketing

Sophie Hay joined The Penicuik & Peebles Podiatrist Clinics in January 2026 and supports the team with administration and communications. She is based primarily at our Penicuik clinic and supports the Peebles clinic when required.

With a strong background in customer service, Sophie is confident speaking with people of all ages and helps ensure patients feel welcomed and looked after from the very first point of contact.

Before joining the clinic, Sophie completed an internship with Zhejiang University Business School, supporting the preparation and proof-checking of brochure and website text—skills that support her work with clinic information and online updates. Sophie is also fluent in French.

Outside of work, Sophie enjoys horse riding and travelling.
